Xylitol Nasal Spray

I have been using flood mesosilver sinuses once a day for about two weeks now. A few days ago my nostril started to hurt and I do not know if money would do this in my xylitol nasal spray, or if the pain is caused by something else. Please help!

There are many possibilities of what might be causing it ... This could be a physical impact (if you pushed too hard on the nasal spray device or flooding sinuses), it could be an allergic reaction to one of these, it might be a disease, or many other possibilities .
I suggest consulting a doctor about, because they can look in your nose and see what can be annoying. Without being able to see your nose, everyone here would just guessing. Good luck!
