Where can I find 100% whole grain bread in the Philippines? What are the shops and bakeries bread 100% whole grain? Many stores sell whole wheat bread, and lots of multi-grain bread. But this is not the same with whole grain bread. Since the two types are already old with salt-enriched sugar and other ingredients. I want to be able to find 100% whole grain bread.
hmmmm im sure if you find one, it has also enriched with sugar and salt Filipinos .... as their tasty bread ... will not cook Urself you can be sure of what's in your bread ...
INGREDIENTS
3 cups water * hot (110 degrees F/45 ° C)

MODE
1. In a large bowl combine water, warm, yeast, and 1 / 3 cup honey. Add 5 cups white bread flour, and mix. Let stand for 30 minutes, or until big and bubbly.
2. Mix 3 tablespoons of melted butter, 1 / 3 cup honey and salt. Stir in 2 cups whole wheat flour. Place in a greased bowl, turning once to coat surface of dough. Cover with a cloth. Let rise in warm place until doubled.
3. Punch down and divide into 3 loaves. Place in greased 9 x 5 inch loaf pans and let rise until dough has exceeded an inch pans.
4. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 25-30 minutes, do not overcook. Brush tops of loaves with 2 tablespoons butter or margarine in fact to prevent the crust to get hard. Cool completely
