Whole wheat pancakes with calories, the nutritional value too!? please!? Whole Wheat Pancakes
Makes 12 servings
except that I added flax seed instead of wheat germ.
Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 / 4 cup white flour
1 / 4 cup rolled oats
2 v. tablespoon ground flaxseed
1 tsp tablespoon wheat germ
2 v. tablespoons brown sugar
2 v. teaspoon baking powder
1 / 4 c. salt
1 cup buttermilk
1 / 2 cup nonfat yogurt
1 egg
