Virgin coconut oil diet? the point that we must do here is that this is not a fad diet. The fact is that virgin coconut oil is very healthy, because it is composed of medium chain triglycerides for most (MCT) that are lacking in most of our plans. MCTs are burned as fuel much more easily because of their composition as normal fat.
So yes, coconut oil is good for you. However, this does not mean that you miraculously lose weight if you eat coconut oil every few days. In fact, coconut oil and olive oil are two of the healthiest oils you can choose.

This is just another fad diet with false claims (who speaks ill of all other diets). If you go out and buy oil from coconuts and take it before meals, you just add more fat in your diet and you will not lose weight. It's stupid.
If you want to lose weight you must eat less, eat better and exercise more.
Of course having a bit of coconut oil from time to time and get your colon cleaned
None of these fad diets work. Well, perhaps temporarily, but they rarely last for the long term.
Eat healthy and stay healthy weight is a lifestyle change and commitment, not a temporary solution.
