Tuscany Olive Oil

Posted on January 25, 2010.
Tuscany Olive OilQuestion for connoisseurs of olive oil?

I heard many things about how olive oil must
taste and look.

Most olive oils are very yellow, but I recently
buy imported olive oil from Tuscany in Italy.
It is actually a greenish yellow and has a very
peppery taste! As far as I know everything is in it
oil is extra virgin olive oil. The leaflet that came
with it is said that Italians know that real olive oil
should have a green tint to it. Is this true?

Thank you!

Your answer depends on the color of the olive oil press
you buy.
first, second or third.

Yes, green is the best.

Yes ma'am it is.
