Are there specific health benefits to the use of sesame oil?

I would like to add sesame oil to brown rice and steamed vegetables - as a vegetarian bento bowl. The oil gives flavor and you do not need to use as it is so tasty.

My question is - How healthy sesame oil? Is it saturated, unsaturated or other type of fat? All omega-3?

It has been suggested that because of the presence of high levels of polyunsaturated fatty acids in sesame oil, it can help control blood pressure. It could be used in cooking in place of other edible oils and to help reduce blood pressure and reduce the amount of drugs needed to fight against hypertension.

The modern medical research has shown that consumption of sesame oil lowers cholesterol and is beneficial for the heart and kidneys. Sesame oil is one of the few oils recommended for use in oil pulling

I know it's better for you than vegetable oil, but as far as the difference between olive oil and I have no idea. I tend to use the olive oil for everything. I also like the walnut oil for cooking. I know that some oils become rancid when heated too high.
