Sunflower Oil Producers

Chanukah is here and with all the cakes and donuts we do, I wondered if the use of canola oil is safe or controversial. I heard that it's not as good for you as food producers are trying to market and corn oil or sunflower seeds are a better choice. Are there any unbiased research there, and also that it taste better?

Canola oil is one of the best. oil, grape seed oil avacodo, and walnut oil are best.
