I have a recipe for Red Velvet Cake and I want to know how to make a cake without sugar?

Does anyone have an idea on how I want to make cream cheese frosting and the cake without sugar?

I thought you should know that when you use an artificial sweetener, you need to make some adjustments to the standard cake recipe. I also Highly recommended if you decide to use Splenda, it will taste much better if you use between half to two thirds of the recommended amount. That said, here is some info. I found on the Internet.

Options Sugarfree

Splenda
Splenda is not sugar, no calories and is safe for diabetics. Granular version can be used to convert the sugar duty revenue at a ratio of one to one, it is not relevant mathematics. To compensate for the loss of volume, you can use a smaller pan when making cakes. Splenda suggests adding a half cup of powdered skim milk powder, and half a teaspoon of baking soda for every cup of Splenda used one. They also offer a mixture of sugar and sweetener for cooking, but if you try to avoid sugar completely, you can easily use the product regularly.

Saccharin
Saccharin was discovered in 1879 and is produced from a naturally occurring substance in grapes. There may be three hundred to five hundred times sweeter than sugar. With this sweetness lot, a little goes a long way. The product is resistant to heat, but does not add volume to the recipe, so it does not work well in cooking.

Saccharin may sometimes have a bitter taste, which makes it less optimal for use in beverages. In the past, there have been concerns of cancer with this product, but the U.S. government's 2000 report on carcinogens and cancer in rats have shown that saccharin had no effect on the human beings.

NutraSweet / Equal
NutraSweet / Equal is made from aspartame, which is two hundred times sweeter than sugar. When aspartame is heated for long periods, it loses its sweetness, and so is not a good substitute for sugar. It also contains phenylalanine, and people suffering from phenylketonuria (PKU) must avoid it.

Stevia
The leaves of the plant Stevia rebaudiana are the source of the sweetener called Stevia. The plant is most often found in two forms: powder, fiber and liquids. The sugar is Stevia ratio teaspoon quarter or two to three drops of liquid for each teaspoon of sugar is replaced. In large quantities, stevia may have a bitter aftertaste.

Isomalt sugar
Isomalt is made from sugar beet and has a ratio of one for-one replacement. Unfortunately, it is twice as sweet as sugar. You can add a touch of another artificial sweetener in your recipe to bring the level of sweetness you want. Because of the one to one ratio, isomalt is useful when converting a recipe sugar free. The end result of using Isomalt is that food is a little crispy, but not brown like you would with sugar. Isomalt is rare to find in stores, but a quick web search will find few places that sell it. Isomalt is particularly useful for making candy. It attaches quickly and has an attractive color clear and bright.

Replacing lost moisture
In some cases, conversion to a recipe for sugar free is just a matter of swapping sugar for a small amount of another sweetener. For baked goods, you must find a way to add volume and moisture loss. Add applesauce, apple butter, or plain yogurt will do. If a little sugar is allowed, you can try adding some.
