Any ideas on where I can buy a conversion kit SVO? They sell them in trade, not consumers every day. I searched online, no luck. Any help would be appreciated. A SVO (Straight Vegetable Oil) conversion kit to convert a enigine diesel vegetable oil, used or not. I have a diesel truck I want to convert. Takes the price of a gallon of nearly 3-60 per cent.

The first thing that the converters typically cost between $ 1,500 - $ 2,000.
Also, you can get up to $ .60/gallon if you can convince a restaurant to give the vegetable oil. Many EPA regulations now prevent restaurants giving away the oil. (Especially in CA) So, according to the state where you are sure to find an agreement with a restaurant before doing so.
Go to the grocery store, you will see that the vegetable oil less expensive here will cost you $ 8/gallon. So make sure you have a good source of fuel before the conversion.
