Spiderman Cupcakes

I looked online and found nothing all that attracted me. I saw something about the mixture of Cake mix red and blue and for beginners, but I do not know ... Please help!?

Have you seen the cupcakes halloween spiderweb? Do the colors of Spiderman. I've never done, but I think you gel blue and red, then put black "rings" with frosting to frost. Then you take a toothpick and drag it to create the spider webs. I wanted to try it. Mixing the cake itself would be cool too.
