A good recipe to use olive oil spicy? I recently went to Italy and picked up bottles of olive oil great. My favorite is a chili pepper and garlic olive oil, it really has little heat to it. but Im trying to find a good dish that I can use it in. any ideas?
Bruschetta

Cut the Brussels sprouts - cut lengthwise. Saute a little garlic and onion in spicy oil. Add cabbage and cook until tender inside and crispy on the outside. You can also make bruschetta with spicy oil. Get about 4 medium tomatoes, a pair of basil leaves, salt, pepper, 2-3 cloves minced garlic and spiced oil. Cut the tomatoes into small dice. Take the basil leaves and stack on each other, rolling in a standard form of cigars and cut into "ribbons". Add basil, tomatoes, add garlic, salt and pepper to taste and spiced oil to the coat. Cut the baguette into slices and lay flat on a baking sheet. Drizzle slices with oil and toast. Serve with cheese slices mozerella. You can also skip some Raabe broccoli in oil ...
if it's really good I would just use it for dipping crusty bread.
otherwise probably fair to sauted vegetables. keep it simple you really taste the flavors in the oil.
