What is the recipe for a Skookie?

Skookie We pan and other things, we just lost the recipe for real dough. Everyone knows what it is??

2 1 / 4 c. flour
1 tsp tea. baking soda
1 / 2 c.. salt
1 / 2 c. butter or margarine (softened but not melted)
3 / 4 c. granulated sugar
3 / 4 c. light brown sugar (packed)
1 tsp tea. vanilla
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 1 / 2 tsp toffee bits

Instructions
In a medium mixing bowl, stir together flour, baking soda and salt. (This is the dry mixture.) In a large bowl (or mixer), beat butter or margarine, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla. (This is the wet mixture). Add wet mixture to the eggs and beat until smooth. Gradually add dry mixture to wet, stirring constantly, until smooth.

Measure 1 / 2 c. the dough toward the center of an 8 "pan or 3 / 4 c. at a 10" skillet. Spread the dough evenly over bottom of pan until the dough almost touches the edges. Place pans in oven and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the tops brown. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes or until you can not detain you longer. But beware! The stove will probably still very hot!

Serve with ice cream.

1 / 4 C. cookie dough
ice cream
whipped cream
caramel topping
chocolate topping
chopped walnuts (optional)
chocolate chips (optional)

Preaheat oven 375 degrees. Press the cookie dough in a cast iron skillet small (if you do not have one of these, you can also use a souffled dish or deep dish pizza little mini pan). Bake in preheated oven for about 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned. Top 3-4 scoops of ice cream, whipped cream, chocolate and caramel, nuts and chocolate chips. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
