Safe SweetenersSplenda and artificial sweeteners - safe to eat?

I heard mixed reviews about this substance. To some people I hear that they can shave a few pounds in a couple, while others say they have only gained weight during use.

From your personal experience or articles that you have read, is Splenda or other artificial sweeteners as good or bad when you lose weight?

Thank you!

Do not use Splenda (or any other artificial sweetener) to all!

I like to say sucralose, not Splenda, because that is what Splenda is. And in a lot of things Unfortunately, the package does not have to say Splenda or diet to have sucralose in it. You must read the labels. Thus, you can still use it and do not even know!

Many people, myself included, have got / are getting sick from it.

Sucralose is poison. It ruined five years of my life. I had a long list of medical problems while taking. I went to several doctors. I had a dozen different tests. I was told I had a number of different problems. I was taking different medications for many years.

The slogan, "made with sugar ..." is very misleading. Splenda might be made from sugar, but it is far from sugar. The resulting chemical is a class of chemicals called organochlorines. Organochlorines are generally toxic.

carbon monoxide - made from oxygen to her as a breath of fresh air.

Artificial sweeteners are high in sodium. Sodium makes you retain water. It is a compromise in the plan. simply because the soda is diet does not mean you can consume an infinite amount. is moderation.

I happen to be allergic to artificial sweeteners. not funny. you'd be surprised how many things have sugar in them false.

Based on articles I read, I would say there are advantages and disadvantages of each. I found a good article on the website listed below. It is written by someone in the medical field. I hope this helps in your decision.

I heard of something called "Stevia" which is supposed to be natural, health fanatics even use it. I have not really tried it myself yet though, just giving you a suggestion.

If it wasn't good for you, he wouldve FDA removed the shelves for a loooong time ago.

I think it is better for normal use pure sugar, then false stuff.

good.
