In the field of alternatives to regular diesel, there are two options. Both can be very cheap, and both are renewable fuels with environmental benefits compared to diesel. The word "biodiesel" has become aware that some service stations are beginning to offer biodiesel blends, but unrefined, pure vegetable oil can also be used as fuel in a diesel engine. What is the difference between biodiesel and SVO?
