Raising Bees

Posted on February 11, 2010.
Raising BeesHow can you start raising bees for honey?

What am I and what do I need to know?

Well, you should start by purchasing or making a good hive. See it is placed in a location that will allow your bees with good source of flowering plants. You should get a queen and several other bee hive to get started. The easiest way is to buy a package of bees with a queen from a supplier. The cheapest way is to find a swarm of bees that were separated from their old hive and save your bees and the queen. It is not as difficult as it may seem, if you can find someone with some experience to help you.
There are several sites you can use to help you.
