Planning and price for a pool party? I'm having a pool party for my birthday on the 14th, and I need help in planning and things (especially with the price ideas)! Prices must be type, inexpensive, but something someone wants. With regard to planning the Games and go, here are all the things I have planned so far:
1. As people walk, have them choose a cup Cuzzi from a basket without looking at him with a funny name on the subject (ie, McLovin, Beetlejuice, etc..) Is the name for the day. If someone does not ask someone else by their name, they waterballooned with ice cold waterballoons. Also, if someone loses Cuzzi, they get to be waterballooned by everyone (: the end of the day, everyone should make a list of what was called, and whoever gets the most right wins a prize.
2. Waterballoon fight! (Again with the ice balls cold, lol). At the end of the cleanup, the one who collects the most coins wins a prize.
3. We will make a TV outside with the Wii or other video games and connect it so that people can play video games and swimming.
4. Hamburgers, hot dogs, fruit salad, macaroni and / or potato salad, cookies, cupcakes, soda, water .... pretty much just for basic food
5. Wet T-shirt relay! everyone divided into two teams. The first person puts on a t-shirt and swim in the pool and back, and then took off their t-shirt and gave it to the next person. It is more difficult than you think! First team done wins.
6. As people walk, filling bags with things that feel random summer (as sunscreen, fruit, insect repellent, whatever) and poke holes in the bag and make them feel to guess what it is. Nobody has the most right wins a prize.
So there is no pleasure in other things that I can plan that is appropriate for a 14 year old? And also, do you have any suggestions for prizes? And what do you think of what I have planned so far? Thank you very much! 10 points for best answer! : D
It sounds very good indeed! I do not know on the TV near a swimming pool ... could be damaged.
In addition, you need to set up chairs.
For price, give gift cards in popular magazines for girls. For guys, give them balloons and controls.
Enjoy!
You may want to reconsider the idea TV. Water and electronics do usually go very well. Unless you have a place away from the pool where people will be dry enough not to ruin controllers ect.
I think all the other ideas you are pretty impressive ... and different ... people like that.
Prices can get things for cool summer pretty cheep. Walmart is always a good place to try .... and if you have a target nearby, they have a thing called the dollar's dominance has usually things season for only a dollar ... yes some of it looks cheep and cheese, but sometimes you can get something really cool ... Dollar Tree same-store ... IDK where you live again, but we have this stuff in MA.
Just look around for prices ... You can even give like sunscreen or suntan lotion ect .... Prices are for summer! Maybe even things float pool ... you can get those who are usually $ 5 or less.
Good luck and hope you have an incredible day!
It looks fantastic! I do not really have ideas because yours are so great. One thing that I would not do is take out Wii! It could get wet and ruined or it could break! For price may be going to Wal-Mart and look at all things water. You may get as large beach balls or something like that. Maybe some pasta water. You can give free movie passes to the local theater or a kind of gift card $ 5 on him or something. Happy Birthday! Enjoy!
