Pbs.org Everyday Baking

Pbs.org Everyday BakingBaking without a cast iron skillet?

There is a recipe I saw on Everyday Food I want to try, but it calls for a cast iron skillet, which I did not. Can I use something else to bake the cake?

Here is the recipe:
http://www.pbs.org/everydayfood/recipes/ ...

It is said there in the recipe. All ovenproof pan or baking sheet the same size will do. Make sure it is proof oven and your cake will be good. But do not use a glass baking dish that your blood sugar will eventually burn.

It sounds good.

You need an ovenproof pan, which is what the recipe says. So yes, any party who does (which can be used in the oven).

The other answers are there. I just want to thank you for the recipe. I have been longing for a head of pineapple cake for weeks.

He said cast iron skillet or other oven safe.

Or you can even use a pie plate.
