Pam Cooking SprayCan you spray Pam cooking spray directly on the food itself?

I bought a can of Pam cooking pray (type of olive oil) and want to make fried chicken in the oven. Can I spray Pam directly on the chicken itself to crisp mae?

I do it with fries all times to keep the seasoning on them ... so YEP

Absolutely!

"The # 1 choice for cooking nonstick
In addition to pots, WFP can be sprayed on:
Roast turkey or chicken for better browning.
The uncooked meat to keep the spices from falling.
Bake-ware to keep cakes and cookies from sticking

Enjoy

you can spray on food, but it will not make it crispy. you need some kind of bread crumbs, then fry.
Heres a great way to cook chicken and it works very well. We have done this way in a hospital I worked at least for cardiac patients.
Roll the chicken peices milk powder and place on a baking sheet sprayed with PAM and bake in your oven at 350 degrees until done. It is delicious, look apealing eyes and is in good health.

Of course you can, but I have another suggestion to make your "fried" chicken!

crush a couple of cups of corn flakes or other cereal flakes. in a ziplock bag run a rolling pin over it several times.
Add a tablespoon of seasoned salt, I use Lowery.

Shake and spray in a zipper bag with Pam until the cornflakes are coated. launched into the chicken. pam spray the pan and place chicken on it.

My kids say it's better than KFC Colonel!

you can, but not make it crispy. you need dough. Soak the chicken in beaten egg then in some Bisquick. He jumped into the APM.

Yes you can. I do it sometimes especially when I make French fries in the oven. Chicken could not get as crispy as you want it well.

sorry. the ordinary work. Oven baked chicken requires a lot of oil. It would be easier than buying a bottle of oil.

Yes, you can also spray on your satellite dish to keep snow from sticking to it
