There are so many different ethnic cuisines from around the world who rely on appropriate herbs and spices to make the mouthwatering delicacies they are. A Spanish Romesco sauce might include paprika for added flavor.
Different regions of the United States also have dishes that require organic spices and seasonings commonly in their localities. Southwestern cuisine based on organic spices such as chili powder, cumin, epazote, oregano, and to bring out the flavors familiar. Cajun food, the southern states, such as seafood gumbo-Laden, supports the distinctive flavor of gumbo file, which is extracted from the leaves of the Sassafras tree.
