Organic Hot Chocolate

Where can I find hot chocolate mix, without chemicals shadow?

Just a little health conscious sense of things, I checked the ingredients list on my hot cocoa mix, whoa, there are many shady looking things there, including sucralose.

Although I would like to house when it's time, it would be preferable to find a mix instant chocolate quick fixes.

Thus, all organic, natural, or just a simple hot chocolate powder that I could find easily? (United States).

I now use ® Certified Organic Instant Hot Cocoa. It is really good with fresh whipped cream or marshmallows at home (whole foods makes really good.

Ingredients: Turbinado Sugar Organic, dried skimmed milk, organic cocoa powder natural vanilla flavor, sea salt and xanthan gum.

Contains no: starch, yeast, wheat, gluten, corn, soy, eggs, shellfish or preservatives.

Why not make your own mix? They make great holiday gifts too!
* 10-2/3 cups instant nonfat dry milk
* 6 oz jar powdered cream substitute
* 4 cups granulated sugar
* 2 cups unsweetened cocoa powder
* 1 bag miniature marshmallows

Preparation:
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and toss gently to mix well. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dark place. This makes 17 cups of mix.

For one serving, mix 3 tablespoons of homemade hot chocolate mix 1 cup hot water until dissolved. I prefer to use hot milk instead of hot water for a richer taste and smoother.

I do not use recipes that require milk powder or instant coffee cream, neither one is good for you. Below is a link to a mix made from coconut milk powder that you can get this at a health food store. It differs from instant milk powder. You can do this with raw sugar, just be sure to follow the path to the mixture in the blender.
