No Pudge Fudge Brownies

I bought the No Pudge Fudge Brownie mix that calls for vanilla yogurt - but I forgot the yogurt. I do not have plain yogurt if - Can I add vanilla to this? And how much vanilla?

It really does not add any flavor you can use plain yogurt's there for the consistency of paste.
