Netipot

Im thinking about buying one for deleting my netipot mucous membranes of my nose at the time that I get a cold or suffering from allergies.

What types of salts can I use? For example, common salt I buy at the grocery store ok?

Any salt will work. You do not need to buy a Neti pot. Use a teaspoon of warm salt water to breathe, let go in your nose and run in the throat. Rinse with plain warm water.
