Need to convert this? the recipe is for 4 and I need to do for 13-14 people:
White wine sauce and lemon
1 tablespoon Meyer lemon olive oil
1 shallot (onion others can be replaced by a pinch) - coarsely chopped
1 / 2 cup white wine
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon fresh parsley
1 / 2 lemon
Make 16 and simply multiply the ingredients by 4x
