These three fast desserts are perfect for customers last minute or when you need a fast dessert recipe.

Candy Bar Imitations

1 / 2 cup butter
1 package devil food cake mix
1 cup butterscotch chips
1 cup chocolate chips semi-sweet
1 cup coconut
1 cup chopped pecans
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk

Mix butter and cake mix in large bowl until crumbly. Sprinkle this mixture evenly in a jelly roll pan (15 x 10 x 1 inch). Press mixture into bottom of pan. Place butterscotch chips, chocolate chips, coconut and pecans on top of mixture in an even layer. Add sweetened condensed milk over the whole mixture. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes. The top should be light golden. Cool and cut into bars.

Butterscotch Brownies

1 package (14 ounces) caramels
1 can evaporated milk
1 package chocolate cake mix German
2 / 3 cup melted margarine
1 cup chocolate chips
1 / 2 cup chopped pecans

In a small saucepan over low heat, melt caramels and 1 / 3 cup evaporated milk. While they are melting, mix the cake mix, margarine and 1 / 3 cup evaporated milk. Put half the cake batter into a lined 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Put it in an oven at 350 degrees for 6 minutes. Add chocolate chips and pecans in an even layer on the cake mix in the oven. Pour caramel mixture evenly over the layer of chocolate chips with pecan. Then pour the other half of cake mix over the layer of caramel. Bake for 20 minutes. Cool and cut brownies into bars.

Easy Lemon Bars

1 package lemon cake mix
1 egg
1 / 2 cup oil
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese
1 / 3 cup sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice

In a medium bowl, combine cake mix, eggs and oil. Reserve 1 cup of cake mix. Place the remaining cake mix in an oven 9 x 13 inches. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. While this is baking, combine cream cheese, sugar and lemon juice. Mix well. Spread this mixture over the cake mix. Take 1 cup of reserved cake batter and sprinkle on top. Bake for 15 minutes. Cool and cut into bars. Refrigerate leftovers.
