Le Creuset Baking Dish

Le Creuset enameled .... they are very expensive ... I am looking for one that will work to knead bread recipe ... perhaps something cheaper ..

www.cooking.com is an excellent site that I used often.

I have the Wilton Ultra Flex Silicone cooking all Bed Bath & Beyond and he says it is heat resistant to 500 degrees. I've never cooked that high, but I went as high as 450 and it was very good. Bread mold is only $ 10!
