Layered Brownies

Posted on January 31, 2010.
Layered BrowniesLayered dessert ... should I use cake or brownies?

Wasn't me that if I could make chocolate cake, then cut into cubes for a layer ... Ive seen a few recipes or use brownies, and you cut / cube for a layer.

You must use brownies, many people will really chewiness of brownies. Do not get me wrong, I love cake, but I prefer brownies

If I had to make a layered dessert, a recipe I use "cake books" or "brownie recipe" because you need something that is firm or too soft.
The textures you use most, you and your guests will appreciate the taste and sensation in the mouth. For example, vanilla yogurt, fresh peaches sweetened cereals Morning Post blueberries and whipped cream layered in a tall glass.
Hope this helps.

Best wishes,
Mama Jazzy Geri

It depends on how heavy you want your dessert. Brownies will be richer and heavier, the cake will be (slightly) lighter. Either one you choose, I freeze it before the cube to make it easier to cut.

Chocolate cake is a classic, and excellent with chocolate icing between the layers.

Brownies! =]

Whether or brownies are excellent as cut and put asandwhich cream cheese between yummy

Brownies - yummo!

------ edit nope - do not even know who she is!

Try to use both??
