However, they sell Barefoot Contessa (Ina Show) DVD packs for about $ 55, plus shipping and all that jazz. You can see the episodes are on DVD before buying it, and you could cross reference the episode guide to see which recipes are featured on every show on the disc ... Phew, that was a mouthful. They also sell individual DVD's.

Chances are "Rap the pan against the board" mean to operate the pot on a hard top surface cons. I guess you could have it buttered and floured or sugared?
