In The Night Garden Cake

I want to do a NIGHT IN THE GARDEN cake, decorated with Iggle Piggle, Upsy Daisy and Macca Pacca. I can not seem to find a recipe anywhere. Can anyone help please and make my little son-first birthday a real treat.

I searched and the only thing I can find are the toppers for the cake you can buy on ebay. I just want to make a regular sheet cake and cake decorations to buy from eBay, and decorate it. Good luck to you to find exactly what you are looking for. Good first. birthday to your little-son!
