Hot Cocoa? "? what is a good brand of hot chocolate that comes with a generous amount of marshmallows? =]
Or .. Does anyone have a recipe for delicious homemade hot chocolate??
3 / 4 cup milk powder
1 / 2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3 / 4 cup sugar
1 / 2 cup cocoa powder
4 oz bittersweet chocolate
Marshmallows home, recipe below
Mix all dry ingredients in large bowl and mix well. Take the bittersweet chocolate and roughly chop to give a size pieces, but consistent. Mix well with a wooden spoon and then store in an airtight container and dry. To make hot chocolate, simply add 1 cup water 1 / 2 cup of hot chocolate mixture. Heat a small saucepan over low heat, stirring with a whisk. Heat until hot but not boiling, about 6-7 minutes. Serve with marshmallows.

3 c. tablespoons (3 packets) powdered gelatin *
2 cups cold water
2 cups sugar
2 egg whites **
2 cups confectioners' sugar, sifted, and more for dusting pan and marshmallows
Butter for greasing pan
In a medium saucepan, soak the gelatine in cold water. After the gelatin has, about 10 minutes, add regular sugar and dissolve slowly over low heat, about 8 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.
In a mixer, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form and then fold in sifted confectioners sugar. While the console is down, slowly add the cooled gelatin mixture. Increase speed and beat until white. The volume should double in size and shape between the peaks should soft and firm.
Line 8 in baking dish 8 inches, with high sides with foil, lightly grease with butter and coat with sugar. Alternatively, you can use a baking sheet, but the marshmallows will not be as great. Pour marshmallow mixture over powdered sugar sifted over. Leave overnight or for at least three hours to set. The marshmallow should be light and spongy when set.
Loosen marshmallow from edges of tray and invert onto a large cutting board. Remove paper and use a large knife to cut the marshmallows into cubes. Dredge every piece in the icing sugar.

If you buy a box of unsweetened cocoa powder cooking, there is always a quick and delicious recipe for hot chocolate at the back. The best part is that you can always add a lil more and make it yours.
Hot Chocolate Recipe:
2 cup (480 ml) milk
1 1 / 2 ounces (45 grams) of semisweet chocolate, chopped
For the filling:
Softly whipped cream or marshmallows
chocolate or cocoa powder grated
Place milk chocolate and chopped (you can also add sugar to taste) in a saucepan over medium heat, whisking regularly until the mixture reaches the boiling point and is foamy. Remove from heat, and if more of foam is necessary, use a whisk or blender to whip the hot chocolate.
Pour hot chocolate into two cups and garnish with a dollop of whipped cream (or handful of marshmallows) and a cloud of cocoa powder or grated chocolate.
Note: To make hot or iced mocha just replace 1 / 2 cup (120 ml) milk with your favorite coffee brewed. Proceed with the recipe, but if you want it frozen, then let the mixture cool, then pour over ice. Garnish with whipped cream and grated chocolate.
Makes 2 to 8 ounces (240 ml) servings.
