I'm freezing and hot chocolate sounds so good! What is your favorite recipe for hot chocolate?

coconut milk and hot

2 TBSP cocoa. 3 tablespoons sugar, a pinch of salt, a few drops of vanilla (or vanilla bourbon if you are me) and 1 cup of milk. Combine dry ingredients in a cup. Add vanilla and a dash of milk and stir. Add rest of milk and microwave on high for 2 minutes.Stir and enjoy.

I love Mexican hot chocolate! You can do it from scratch or buy ready-mades. If you dare, try a pinch of chili powder!

My favorite recipe for hot cocoa Wold be the one that my grandmother taught me how to do.

In a saucepan, put in a little water. There is also a packet of yeast, coconut, 1 tablespoon sugar, stirring until all. Then add the milk, as much as u want. Then finally, add a cap of vanilla. heat unti hot.

This way you can know that you get something really good (or at least something that many people love).

Try Alton Brown recipe for hot chocolate / fudge pops. If you put it into molds and freeze you fudge pops, but if you drink it while its still hot, it is absolutely incredible.

Be warned: even the most terrible chocoholic will struggle to finish a large cup of this stuff. It is preferable in cups of tea.

Creamy Hot Cocoa

Original recipe yield:
4 servings

Prep Time 2 min
TIME cook 5 minutes
READY 7 minutes

Serves about scaling and conversions

INGREDIENTS
1 / 3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
3 / 4 cup white sugar
A pinch of salt
1 / 3 cup boiling water
3 1 / 2 cups milk
3 / 4 c. Tea Vanilla extract
1 / 2 cup cream, half and half

MODE
Mix cocoa, sugar and a pinch of salt in a saucepan. Stir in boiling water. Bring this mixture to a boil while you stir easily. Simmer, stirring for about 2 minutes. Watch it does not scorch. Add 3 1 / 2 cups milk and heat until very hot but not boiling! Remove from heat and add vanilla. Divide between 4 mugs. Add the cream cups of cocoa to cool it to drinking water temperature.
