Homemade Whole Grain BreadHouse recipe whole grain bread?

My family and I love bread and I are good enough to make white bread. I really try to make a good whole grain bread. I do not have a bread machine.
Here is a list of ingredients that I have:
1) whole wheat flour
2) bread flour
3) rye flour
4) linseed
5) active dry yeast
6) Honey
7) brown sugar
8) water
9) salt

Honey Wheat Bread -


. INGREDIENTS
1 (0.25 oz) package rapid rise yeast
1 tablespoon sugar White Tea
1 / 2 cup warm water (110 degrees F/45 ° C)
1 (12 fluid ounces) can evaporated milk
1 / 4 cup water
1 / 4 cup melted shortening
1 / 4 cup honey
2 teaspoons salt
2 cups whole wheat flour
3 cups bread flour
2 tablespoons butter

yeast and sugar in 1.Dissolve 1 / 2 cup hot water.

2.Combine milk, 1 / 4 cup water, shortening, honey, salt and wheat flour in food processor or bowl. Stir in yeast mixture and let stand 15 minutes. Add white flour, and process until dough forms a ball. Knead dough by processing 80 seconds more in the food processor, mix and knead by hand or 10 minutes. Put the dough in a greased bowl and turn to coat. Cover bowl with plastic wrap. Let the dough rise for 45 minutes or until almost doubled.

3.Punch down and divide dough in half. Roll each half, and pound on the bubbles. Form into cakes pans, and place of 9x5 inch buttered bread. Grease top of dough and cover with plastic wrap. Let rise in warm place until doubled second rise should take about 30 minutes.

4.Place a small saucepan of water on the bottom shelf of the oven. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

5.Bake for 25-35 minutes or until top is golden brown. hot butter crusts. Cut when cool.

Whole wheat bread with honey
made two loaves
1 pound whole wheat flour
12 oz hot water
8 ounces bread flour or all purpose
January 5 ounces of evaporated milk (or milk, water or more soy or if you are vegan)
1 / 3 cup honey
2 teaspoons salt
3 teaspoons instant yeast
1/2-1 cup additional flour, if necessary, for desired consistency

Mix hot water and whole wheat flour in a bowl. Cover bowl with plastic and set aside up to about room temperature at least 1 hour.

(My thought is that soaking the flour can help soften the tone and release some of the sugars in wheat, but, honestly, I do not know for sure if this is the case).

Add milk, honey, salt, yeast and bread flour to the original mixture and mix until smooth. Add flour and knead by hand or in a mixer until the dough sticky, tacky but not completely formed. Place dough in oiled bowl, cover with plastic wrap and let rise for 60-90 minutes.

Divide dough in half and shape the loaves. Place bread in greased loaf pans, cover pan loosely with plastic (I put them in a plastic bag) and let rise again for 90 minutes.

Over the last 30 minutes of rising, preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place pans in oven and immediately reduce oven temperature to 375 degrees. Bake for about 45-55 minutes, rotating pans once so golden, until the internal temperature of bread is about 190 degrees and the bottom of the loaf sounds hollow when tapped .

Homemade Bread Whole Grain

Starter dough
2 cups cooked whole grain
2 cups water
1 / 4 cup vegetable oil cold pressed
1 tablespoon sea salt
1 tablespoon dry yeast
1 cup whole wheat flour (more or less)

Mix cereal and water in a blender or food processor until creamy and pour into a large mixing bowl. Combine oil, salt, and yes.
