What are the effects of corn syrup, high fructose have on the body and why it is bad for you? I have heard repeatedly that the corn syrup high-fructose is bad for you. Why? And I also noticed that it is an ingredient in many things. Even in the bread. Why is this stuff in the bread? I swear nothing is more healthy. : /
It is used as a sweetener in foods, because it's cheap and it tastes good. It's bad for you because it is a processed simple sugar (CARB), which produces insulin your pancreas release too many in the bloodstream at once. It is better to eat complex carbohydrates like whole grains, which digest slowly and keep your blood sugar level more stable. By eating simple sugars, you feel hungry again more quickly than if you eat healthy complex carbohydrates.
See if these help everyone:
it is not bad for you because it is a sweetener made from corn. dosent mean its just bc its safe to eat high sugar content, but I think its supposed to be better for you than refined sugar. I look at the guys other than links. its total sweetener because its the cheapest on the market.
Corn syrup High fructose is how they are leather. Think about what it does to your home. Many breads are actually removing it for their ingredients now. You really do not need bread, I think they are there to ito color.
