Health Effects Of Soda

Does drinking lots of soda consequences because of health? My aunt is a nurse said anethodist soda is bad for the kidneys. Is this true? Are there any health consequences of more soda daily consumption of alcohol?

PS She drinks lots of wine. Morning, afternoon and evening. She drinks beer, sometimes in summer.

Well, if it's regular soda when it's bad to drink a lot because of the high sugar content and also the most soda contains caffeine.
