Hake RecipesKnow any good recipes for Blue Hake?

It is a kind of fish. My mother bought a box of it and we try to think of something interesting to do with it.

Savory Blue Hake

Schwan box. What is good and simple. I know that the addition of butter on top of the dish seems too much, but it is really necessary. If this is left aside, the dish gets too dry. It would be great if someone could modify this recipe to their taste by using different cheeses and herbs. Let me know, OK?
2 pounds of hake, kidneys
2 large onions, sliced very thin
4 tablespoons olive oil or butter
1 tablespoon dill
1 clove garlic tablespoon chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups dry bread crumbs
1 cup cheddar cheese, hard, grated
8 ounces butter, chopped

6 servings
40 minutes to 10 minutes preparation

Preheat oven to 400 ° F.
Sauted onion in oil or butter until translucent. Add garlic, stir well and remove from heat. Set aside.
Spray 13 x 9 glass with cooking spray or butter / oil to skillet.
Mix the dill, salt and pepper.
Place loins into prepared pan. Sprinkle with the dill mixture.
Layer onion / garlic, then bread crumbs, then cheese on the kidneys.
Place slices of butter evenly over top of cheese.
Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until fish flakes with a fork.
Finish with fresh lemon juice, if desired.

In small bowl, beat eggs, water, salt and paprika.
In a medium bowl, add the flour, cornstarch and baking powder. Mix well.
Add egg mixture and beat, if it is too thick, add milk 1 tablspoon both. The batter should be thick to keep the fish, no.

Use tongs to dip the fish pieces in batter. Use a tablespoon to place dough on top of the block after it is in the pan.
Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat with 1 / 4 cup vegetable oil. When bottom is golden brown, turn once, press the top lightly with a spatula to distribute heat. Fish Fry in two separate batches, using the remaining vegetable oil for the second batch. Keep warm in oven until all fish are cooked. The dough is very light taste, not soaked in oil.
