Gum Paste number? 10 points for BA Please help I am really stuck! Bday cake for my SIS!?

Hello,
I am my sisters birthday cake and she loves the gym so I decided to spend the (upper 3) a young girl swinging on the uneven bars, I have no idea how to make a Girl (3D) of gumpaste. So any help on them, such as:
Consulting
Gumpaste-Coloring
- How (can there be a link, or video instructions)
- Shaping, hardening, and when to do?
(His bday party will be 19)
