Lady bug spots heart, or gel in the heart-shaped spots of candy or use heart-shaped.

Make cupckaes coconut and garnish w / coconut and candy shreadded heart (eg: Conversation Hearts HOTS ... red .... etc.)

You can ice pink icing by mixing regular white icing with red food coloring and then you have cookie cutters shaped like a heart, you can put it lightly on top of cake, then sprinkle some red sprinkles inside the cookie cutter or outside depending on the look you want. They also have little heart-shaped noodles in supermarkets if you want something simple. I hope this has helped you and good luck!

Buy 3 icings and icing pen red, pink, white and decorative. I prefer frosting with cream cheese. Buy red food coloring. In a bouquet of red to red to make it in a production drop of water or so to pink and the other just leave blank. Of the cupcakes, ice pink, red and white.
