Feverfew

Has anyone used feverfew for a long period of time and it has helped with headaches?? Iam try SPME and wanted to know peoples' experiences! Thank you!

My mother used it, but do not know if it really helped her migraines. There are other vitamins out there that have been known to help. I am taking magnesium a week before my menstrual cycle andit usually prevents my menstrual migraine. Also B2 and valerian root have been known to help.

Have you tried the stuff over the counter? It is the Topamax migraine prevention pill, Imitrex and Relpax and (tons of others) that the abortion pills migraine.
