Fenugreek Tea

I read on the fenugreek pills and positive experiences of other mothers, but unfortunately, I come from a country which has no production of these pills. I could find seeds of fenugreek, and for a week and a half, I'm a tea but I still can not see the results. Can someone please tell me how should I drink tea and what is the best method to prepare?
