Easy Cake Mix Recipes

Doe anyone know of any quick and easy cake recipes good?

I'm guna make one now. Please do give me as really simple ones like chocolate or vanilla cake cuz I have cake mixes for those who give me something Trade Union Federation, but something that still tastes good. THANKS!

Apple dump cake

2 cans (21 ounces) of apple pie filling
1 package yellow cake mix
4 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
4 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons ground cinnamon

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Evenly spread the apple pie filling in bottom of oven 9 x 13 inch pan or dish.
3. Sprinkle with dry cake mix.
4. Mix melted butter with water and drizzle on top of cake mix.
5. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
6. Bake for 30 minutes.
7. Serve drizzled with caramel sauce, if desired.

Black Forest Dump Cake

3 cans (21 ounces each circular) cherries
1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
1 cup butter or margarine, melted
½ cup chopped walnuts

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Grease and lightly a
9 x 13 inch baking dish.
2. Spread 1-1/2 cans of cherry pie on the bottom of prepared pan.
3. Layer evenly dry mix chocolate cake on top of pie filling.
4. Drizzle melted butter over cake mix drier.
5. Pour remaining pie filling evenly on top and sprinkle with nuts.
6. Bake for 70 minutes in the preheated oven.
7. Cool, top with whipped cream (if desired) and serve
the pan.
8. Cover and refrigerate any leftover cake.

Boston Cream Cake

1 box yellow cake mix
1 package of small size. instant vanilla pudding
1 can chocolate frosting

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. and lightly grease 2 August inch cake pans.
2. Prepare and bake cake according to package directions.
3. Meanwhile, make pudding according to package directions.
4. Spread pudding between layers of cooled cake.
5. glaze Microwave, uncovered, up there in 30 seconds or until clear.
6. Pour glaze over top of cake layers until it flows alongside.
7. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.

Brenda's Cake Coconut Pound

1 pkg. yellow cake mix *
1 package of small size. Instant Pudding Coconut **
4 eggs
1 cup water
1 / 3 cup oil
½ cup grated coconut ***

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease and a tube or bundt pan.
2. Combine cake mix, pudding and coconut in a large mixing bowl with a whisk.
3. Add eggs, oil and water and beat on low until smooth.
4. Beat on high and more than 2 minutes, scraping bowl often to make sure batter is well blended.
5. Pour batter into prepared pan.
6. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
7. Cool in pan for 25 minutes
8. Remove and let cool completely on rack.
9. Glaze or dust with powdered sugar.

* Any flavor cake mix such as chocolate, lemon, etc. can be used instead of yellow cake mix.

** Any flavor instant pudding, like banana, lemon, etc. can be substituted for coconut pudding.

*** Nuts, chocolate chips, raisins, etc. may also be used in place of the coconut, if desired.
