The best moist chocolate cake recipe best in the world! My mother has been making this cake for years, and it is by far the most delicious moist chocolate cake you'll ever have. She said that the secret ingredients are the Pudding and Sour Cream - do not skimp on them! Enjoy!
1 (18 1 / 2 ounce) box Duncan Hines mix moist deluxe devil food cake
3 1 / 2 oz mix instant pudding chocolate
1 / 2 cup chocolate chips
4 eggs
3 / 4 cup vegetable oil
1 1 / 2 cups sour cream
3 / 4 cup Kahlua
4 tablespoons powdered sugar
3 / 4 cup chopped walnuts, divided
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Bundt Pan fat or butter
Mix all ingredients in large bowl.
Pour into a mold, Bundt pan 12-cup nuts Add 12 to the top of the cake and bake until a toothpick inserted in center comes out with crumbs - about 45 minutes.
Cool in pan on a platter and serve with powdered sugar sifted lightly over the top. Yummy!
