Posted on March 1, 2010.
Corn Oil ProductionWhat is the best oil to produce peanut butter? vegetable oil or palm oil corn oil?

Palm oil will create traditional creamy peanut butter texture, without the need for hydrogenation, because of the amount of saturated fat it has.

Other oils are a little healthier if they are not hydrogenated, but leaves you with a peanut butter is sticky like peanut butter from Adam.

Peanuts have their own oil.

Why not use peanut oil?

pure peanut butter is made with peanuts and peanut oil only.
