Spray baking? What's this? How do you use? Why? Food?
Pam ... usually called non-stick cooking spray, but there are other brands out there.
Non-stick cooking oil spray is an oil ... used for oil muffin tins, cake pans and other bakeware.
In addition, it is used for coating the pan to people who do not want to use much oil.
How to use?
Shake can ...
Spray a thin layer (1 or 2 seconds) in a cold pan or baking tin, instead of using oil.
The other answers are correct. If you have a recipe that calls for it ... and you did not ... shorten the use, butter or vegetable oil to rub on the pans you use. difference even less money, and not as convenient as oil spray. Gosh, what have we done before .....?? spray oil We used butter, shortening or vegetable oil to rub on the pans .... Seeing is the same thing in a different format .... and more expensive.
It's the oil in a spray can - we buy in the supermarket and use it as a arasol spray a skillet before frying or spraying a char-grill before putting on food,
you use less oil and is therefor less calories.
Pam is one of the largest jet cooking there. Flour, one for cooking smells so good, good enough to eat by herself.
It can be vegetable oil or olive oil - I use a nonstick coating for certain foods that I cook. I layer pans for baking bread, frying eggs, foods that require a greased and floured.
RU serious? U do not know what cooking spray?
It's something you cook. You spray on the pans and other kitchen so your food does not stick to him when he cooks.
Pancakes?
You can also put a little olive oil in a spray bottle so that you can use the smallest amount of oil needed.
You do not spray it on food, you spray on the pan you are baking or cooking in.
My husband use it on the grill so the meat does not stick to it.
