Candida albicans cure fungal infections based on coconut oil First, just a short diatribe my own experience with Candida albicans and what I feel is the main reason why many of us suffer from Candida overgrowth.
It is my belief that a major cause of Candida infections is the use or misuse of antibiotics. As a child, I had to take antibiotics for several months to get well enough for my tonsils. Because my mother was not told that antibiotics would destroy the beneficial flora in my gut, I spent most of my life since then with digestive disorders, yeast infections, and a plethora of other health problems related to Candida overgrowth. It was just after another prescription of antibiotics when I was 34 years my health completely crushed. I have suffered with chronic and debilitating symptoms that I do not understand that after hundreds of hours of research online. I started seeing a naturopathic doctor and found that I had systemic Candida overgrowth.
It is therefore a very personal subject for me. Candida overgrowth took away a large part of my life and that of many others. What is frustrating is that this can be avoided if doctors tell their patients they need to replace intestinal flora that is destroyed by the antibiotics they prescribe.
There are, of course, other causes of Candida overgrowth and some of them are: poor diet (eating too much sugar), weak immune system, birth control pills, steroids or other immunosuppressive drugs. Different forms of Candida infection can occur by yeast: athlete's foot, jock itch, vaginal thrush, ringworm, digestive disorders, chronic fatigue, anxiety, weight gain, etc. A large number of health problems in America today are caused by the fungus Candida albicans.
Now, about the healing candida with coconut oil. Coconut oil is one of the best remedies I have found. It has a medium-chain fatty acid known as caprylic acid. Caprylic acid has been used for some time as a natural remedy for treating Candida. In fact, he was one of the remedies I used. I did not, however, know that it came from the coconut oil until the last two years. Since then, I kept the coconut oil in my diet.
Caprylic acid is not the only active ingredient in oil of coconuts, there are three active ingredients. They are, caprylic acid, capric acid and lauric acid. These are medium chain saturated fatty acids. You can find studies about these fatty acids and how each is able to kill Candida albicans by online research. There are studies that also show how coconut oil is more effective than perscription drugs.
What I love about coconut oil is you can use both internal and external. It is used topically for healing of fungal infections of the skin and the inside to kill Candida in the gut and systemic. It can also be rinsed around the mouth to treat oral thrush.
In parts of the world where people eat a traditional diet based on coconut, there is almost never yeast infections of any kind. Having coconut oil in your diet will help keep Candida and other fungal infections on.
By using coconut oil topically simply apply it directly on your skin. It absorbs very real and fast. You can add vitamin E to make it more effective. Internally, you can take a tablespoon full of coconut oil and eat plain. I do it every day. It tastes really good. You can also use coconut oil for cooking and to put in your smoothies. Just Google coconut oil and find all the different ways to use and learn more about how it can improve your health. Be sure and buy extra virgin olive oil, coconut to get the best quality available.
