Cocoa or shea butter? What's the Difference? Cocoa and shea butter are two of the best emollients around. If you suffer from dry skin, as so many people seem to do, you can not go wrong with either! Humidity is moisture, "I said, how do you choose? To take a decision, you have to look at the qualities of both and decide for yourself. Some companies even combine the two in a lotion or body wash, for the best of both worlds. In my opinion, the two are interchangeable and equally moisturizing. I have lotions for both, the choice of shea butter for me ... but we shall return later.

The benefits of shea butter for centuries. Women in Africa have used shea butter to smooth the skin and hair much longer than their Western counterparts.
