Cinnulin

Has anyone used cinnamon to treat their diabetes?

Me know as water soluble Cinnulin PF should be used, and if you succeeded at what point did you take and how long before you saw signs of improvement? Thank you, I `m trying to help my wife as much as possible BEYOND exercise and diet.

cinnamon as a treatment for diabetes is a myth. This is a good food assistance, and may help reduce spikes your sugar in blood, but it does not control your blood sugar, or replacement of any medication. The improvement that people are not working on that type II diabetics, not Type I due to insulin production. Because a Type II is still taking insulin can help cinnamon al ittle since insulin is put into the digestive system of the pancreas, but because I was kind of shots, insulin is absorbed elsewhere and can not be helped by cinnamon.

Some people swear by it, but it does absolutely nothing for me.

I just tell people that my mom gave me this CD that can train your subconscious to hate the sugar. I thought it was a joke, but after the first week of listening 15 minutes a day, I started to really dislike candy .... and oddly like hot spicy food, it's weird .... I, infact all I accomplished more, but I did not just use cinnamon, I also took a lot of homeopathy and has a very strict diet, so I'm not sure what was more emotional.
When I was diagnosed with diabetes, I used alto of insulin, but after seven months I completely off (no longer needed because blood sugar levels were normal, and sometimes very low (for a diabetic)), because then I live witouht
insulin, so I did not use milk or milk products ... infact I think it was the most important thing to do!
Now, if I use insulin, sugar levels in the future are my blod Biger. It's about this and sorry for bad english, I'm from Lithuania ... I really hope helps
