What a ham? They are very easy because you really need to do Hot. You can add a glaze, if desired.

Then you can make a kind of potato with cheese in them, as in a gratin or scalloped or duchess.

Add a salad and green vegetables and rolls and you're all set.

You can have Christmas cookies for dessert.

Add red wine or white if you wish.

If the ham does not appeal, a roast beef is easy too.
