Maybe you associate caramel popcorn with something you enjoyed at carnivals and fairs. Perhaps you remember having chocolate souffle at Halloween or other holiday. Whatever your associations, you can enjoy these delicious treats in your own home at any time with a little preparation!

Follow closely the steps in the following recipes, and you'll be on your way to making a great break. Feel free to make one of these gifts for a party, you will find their treatment relatively inexpensive and relatively easy to produce.

This treatment consists of three different delicious nuts, and it is sure to please and you know someone who loves the rich taste and crunch caramel corn!

Nutty caramel corn

Preparation time: 20-30 minutes, and 20 half an hour for cooling
Yield: 8 servings

10 cups of popcorn
11? Two cups granulated sugar
1? 2 cup dark brown sugar, Packed
1? 2 cups corn syrup
1? 2 cup water
2 tablespoons butter in large
a cup of whole raw almonds
1? 2 cups whole raw cashews
3? 4 cups pecan halves first
just two tablespoons of salt
two teaspoons of baking soda

1 wash bowl stainless steel with high hot water and dry (this step is to heat the bowl). Put popped popcorn in a bowl.
2 Mix the granulated sugar, brown sugar, corn syrup and water in a heavy pan 6 qt saucepan and cook over medium heat with occasional stirring until the lot comes to a boil, place a lid on the pot for one minute to allow the sugar crystals to bathe inside the pot. Remove the lid, and watching a candy thermometer to the side of the pot without allowing the tip to touch the bottom of the pot. Continue cooking and stirring.
three, when the temperature reaches 240 degrees, add the butter and almonds and continue to stir. At 270 degrees, add the cashews and keep stirring. At 285 degrees, add the pecans and bake at 300 degrees. Remove the mixture from heat.
4 mix in salt and baking soda, then decant the mixture over the popcorn in a stainless steel bowl and mix thoroughly with two hard rubber spatula to cover completely. Add mixture to popcorn on aluminum foil, and break the clods out of your hands with leather gloves application.
