Being diabetic does not mean we can not enjoy chocolate. Chocoholics We have a collection of chocolate candy "to enjoy. Here I share some of them. So chocoholics diabetic, relax and enjoy! (As if all the food, we enjoy our chocolate in moderation. Do not pigs and eat everything in context!) You like the cold, frozen desserts? Then try the Frozen Dessert Cocoa below. Another option is a dessert Chocolate Eclair.


FROZEN DESSERT COCOA

1 ripe medium banana

Juice of 1 orange

1 / 2 cup cold water

1 cup cream

1 / 2 cup Splenda

1 / 4 cup cocoa powder cooking

Slice the bananas in the blender. Add orange juice and cold water. Cover and blend until smooth. Add remaining ingredients, cover again and mix well. Pour into square freezer-proof saucepan. Cover and freeze until hard on the edges.

Pour the mixture into the partially frozen blender. Cover and blend until soft but not melted. Pour into a 1-liter. Cover and freeze until firm. Turn out onto a plate that has been refrigerated. Slice and serve.

Garnish with a little sugar free frozen whipped topping, thawed, if desired.


DESSERT chocolate eclair

1 cup water

1 / 2 cup butter

1 cup all-purpose flour

4 eggs or 1 cup egg substitute

1 small package instant pudding mix sugar free vanilla

2 3 / 4 cup lowfat milk

1 package (8 ounces) light cream cheese, softened

1 / 2 cup sugar-free chocolate syrup

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a saucepan, bring water and butter to a boil, stirring constantly until butter is melted. Reduce heat to low and add flour. Stir vigorously with a wooden spoon until mixture leaves sides of pan and forms a good Ball. Remove from heat. Add eggs, one at a time or 1 / 4 cup at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat the dough becomes smooth. Spread into a greased and floured 13x9 inch pan. Bake for 30 minutes or until puffed and golden. Immediately remove from pan and cut in half horizontally. Cool completely. For filling, beat pudding mix, milk and cream cheese in a mixing bowl until smooth. Just before serving, place the bottom layer on a Flash platter and cover with filling. Add layer Lightning others at the beginning of the filling mixture and drizzle with chocolate syrup.

NOTE: This is a good recipe diabetic because it has a good carb protein 15 g carbohydrate 6 g protein.
