Coffee beans coated with chocolate? Does anyone know if the beans used for chocolate coffee beans are different from those of beans used to make coffee (they do not seem too bitter or gravel)?
They are the same grains.
They are the same grains. The reason they are not bitter is twofold. One, the beans are soaked in chocolate before they are coated. Second, they are not ground or broken prior to application.
I think the only difference is that the chocolates are well coated with chocolate and you can eat by themselves and not in a glass
yeah but they have a taste of chocolate.
