Chocolate Chai TeaGood hot chocolate and Chai tea recipes?

I like both chai tea and hot chocolate in winter, especially around Christmas! Who has the best recipes?

I have a mixer that I use to make latte drinks, but what do I do with it? I love Mexican hot chocolate! It is awesome! then something like that would be fantastic!

CHAI
January 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk (low fat or nonfat, if desired)
1 / 2 teaspoon ground cardamom
1 / 4 c. teaspoon allspice ground
1 / 4 c. teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 / 4 c. teaspoon ground cloves
1 / 8 c. teaspoon ground black pepper
1. Pour can of milk in a clean, dry jar.
2. Add all the spices and cover tightly with a lid.
3. Refrigerate. The longer it stays refrigerated, the better it gets.
4. To use, shake the mixture, and remove 2-3 spoonfuls directly into a cup of strong, hot black tea. Sit back and enjoy. Yummy.

Well what I do is the hot milk in a pot, I take any brand of hot mix Cocco Wisk in milk. The amounts vary depending on the number of servings. If it's just that you fill the cup you plan to drink, and add the amount of powder nessesary. I would also add 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Poor in a cup. Whipcream about yum ..... top. Now I want Cocco hot.

My friend gave me this masala chai extract and I just add 2 drops of tea in my usual. Amazing. These drops made a chai impressive. www.SupremeSpice.com to CHK. This was much better than Starbucks chai tea.

Creamy Hot Chocolate
1 (14 oz CAN) sweetened condensed milk
1 / 2 cup unsweetened cocoa
1 1 / 2 tsp tsp vanilla extract
1 / 8 c. teaspoon salt
6 1 / 2 cups hot water

Mix all except water in a large saucepan. Over medium heat, add water until hot. Top with marshmallows, if desired. This recipe can easily be doubled or tripled. Leftover hot chocolate can be refrigerated up to 5 days. Mix well and reheat before serving.
